The Building and Plumbing Services team are located at Council's Customer Service Centre in Tavistock Street, Hervey Bay.
All application lodgements and enquiries can be made at the dedicated Customer Service Counter for development, building and plumbing.
To ensure the timely and efficient delivery of approvals and information, the Building and Plumbing Services team electronically deliver correspondence by email, rather than by post.
To assist us with providing this service to you, we ask that you:
- Provide electronic plans, where possible (eg. PDF) instead of in hard copy format; and
- Provide a current email address when submitting an application or request.
