Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre

Location: The Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre is located in Boundary Road, Torquay.

Pool Facilities:

50-metre, 8-lane outdoor pool
1000 square metre children's leisure pool containing water slides and play equipment
Indoor 15m x 8m heated learn-to-swim pool
Heated 8-lane, 25-metre pool with a disability ramp is open all year

Opening Times:

The Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre is open every month of the year.
Monday 5.30am – 7pm
Tuesday 5.30am – 6pm
Wednesday 5.30am – 7pm
Thursday 5.30am – 7pm
Friday 5.30am – 7pm
Saturday 8am – 5pm (April to September)
Sunday 9am – 5pm (April to September)

**Please note: Opening hours for the INDOOR heated learn-to-swim pool vary depending on the programs that are running at the time. Please contact the Aquatic Centre for up-to-date availability for the indoor pool.

Spectator - $2.80

Maryborough Aquatic Centre

Location: The Maryborough Aquatic Centre is located on the corner of John and Kent Streets, Maryborough.

50-metre outdoor pool
25-metre heated pool
Children's play pool

Maryborough swimming club
Club competitions

Opening Times:

Summer Season (October to March)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am – 7pm
Thursday: 6am – 6pm
Saturday: 6am – 5pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: 9.30am – 5pm

Winter Season (April to September)

The 25m pool is heated to approximately 28 degrees Celcius and is open to the public at the following times.
Monday to Friday: 6am – 6pm
Saturday: 7am – 4pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: 10.30am – 4pm
