Customer Service Awards

    

Fraser Coast Regional Council strives for excellence in customer service across all departments and realises that customer service is EVERY employee's responsibility.

Council invites you to compliment individual staff when the service provided exceeds expectations by nominating that individual staff member for a Customer Service Award. The awards provide positive recognition of staff and highlights effective service standards that can be used as a model across the organisation.

There are two awards:

Service Excellence Award - For an individual Council employee who would generally provide outstanding service to an external customer, including rate payer, client, contractor, business associate, developer, visitor or general member of the community. The employee must display exceptional service standards by exceeding the customer's expectations.

Service Innovation Award - For an individual Council employee who is an innovator and generally displays benchmarking service standards to improve service delivery, response timeframes, efficiency and customer focus. The individual must have implemented their ideas within either their individual role or workgroup and display proven success in its implementation.
