ExpressWay

Council has established a number of ExpressWay intiatives to significantly reduce timeframes and workload involved with the assessment of development applications.

These include:

• Fast track low complexity applications and concurrence agency assessments
• Guaranteed 10 day turnaround
• RiskSmart application types
• PD Online
• Checklists and information sheets
• Assistance and advice

Our target is to process up to 70 percent of all applications through one of the ExpressWay fast track intiatives.
