A range of lifestyle modification, physical activity and healthy eating programs are available in the Fraser Coast.
All programs are delivered by trained and qualified instructors.
The Community Exercise Program runs for 8 weeks, commencing March 18 and offers a range of activities for all ages.

Eat It is a 6-week nutritional education program that teaches participants practical skills such as how to read food labels, healthy cooking tips and shopping healthy on a budget.
The Healthy Eating Activity and Lifestyle (HEAL) program is a lifestyle modification program that enables participants to develop lifestyle healthy eating and physical activity behaviours.
BEAT IT is a tailored physical activity and lifestyle program designed to assist those with or at risk of diabetes or other chronic disease.
Community gardens will provide an opportunity for participants to learn gardening skills to produce fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs in the community and at home.
Community Walks are held at various times and locations and will explore trails in the parks and gardens of Maryborough and Hervey Bay.
10,000 Steps is a free health promotion program that encourages the use of step-counting pedometers to monitor your daily physical activity levels.
Heart Foundation Walking groups encourage the community to walk for fitness and social interaction.
These programs provide high quality cycle skills instruction promoted by your local cycle club.
