How does Snap Send Solve work?

Snap Send Solve determines your current Council area location using your smartphones GPS. Once your location has been determined the server sends back all the relevant council information including contact details, location and email address.

Snap Send Solve allows you to easily capture and report on any common issues to Council. It sends the report from your chosen email address so that Council can communicate directly with you to resolve the issue.

iCouncil App

iCouncil Public allows the community to interact with Council.

It has a Report a Problem function which allows residents to inform Council of issues such as pot holes or missed rubbish bins. You are able to easily submit a photo, GPS location and a message which is then sent directly to the relevant Council's email.

How does iCouncil work?

iCouncil determines your current Council area location by using your smartphones GPS. It will then prompt you for some general information to populate an email which will incorporate a map, geospatial reference, and can even include a photograph to help identify the problem. Emails are able to be composed and sent even where there is no coverage available!
