The Fraser Coast Planning Scheme 2014 supports and facilitates development across the region. 

A very generous Infrastructure Incentives Policy has been adopted to drive investment, development and continue economic progress in the region.

Infrastructure Charges & Incentives

All new development approvals issued on and from 1 July 2011 are governed by an adopted infrastructure charges resolution.  Council has adopted policies to provide subsidised infrastructure charges as an incentive for development within the Fraser Coast Region.
