Reconciliation
Council is committed to a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) which will be complete in 2023. The RAP will outline the commitment to a positive way forward in increasing mutual respect, enriching strong relationships and creating sustainable opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Council’s RAP is within the “The Innovate” stage which aims to raise internal awareness in regard to Council’s commitment to reconciliation.
During this time Council has supported staff and to our community to provide opportunities to engage with reconciliation activities and events.
