Register of contracts

Under the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010, Chapter 4, Part 4, Section 186, Council is required, as soon as practicable after entering a contract worth $100,000 or more, to publish relevant details of the contract.

Relevant details include: the person with whom Council has entered into the contract, the worth of the contract, and the purpose of the contract.
