PD Online
In conjunction with the Australian Government's Housing Affordability Fund (HAF), Council has joined with InfoMaster to implement online planning and development application tracking software. PD Online software allows applicants, businesses, developers and members of the public to view and print information and track the progress of development applications online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Enquiries
Town Planning enquiries can be made between the hours of 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday by phoning 1300 794 929 or in person at either the Hervey Bay or Maryborough Administration Centres. Telephone enquiries after 1pm will be diverted to an Administration Officer who will forward your request to the next day's Duty Planner for response.
