Evacuation assistance
The Council Assisted Evacuation Plan (PDF, 4.2MB) assists individuals with absolutely no evacuation alternatives in the event of a cyclone.
This includes the homeless, families with no transportation, those with insufficient money for fuel or transportation, or families whose vehicles may be too small to fit everyone, including pets.
