Join Forces - Corporate Sponsor System

A needs-based corporate sponsor system call 'Join Forces' has been developed by the Government to support Queensland's not-for-profit-groups seeking support to recover from the floods and cyclones.

Business Recovery Survey

Council has now completed its survey of businesses affected by flood.  Over one hundred and forty surveys were returned from businesses directly or indirectly affected.  The results will be collated within the next three weeks and presented to the Department of Economic Development and Innovation and Regional Development Australia for assessment.  The Fraser Coast Economic Advisory Committee and the Fraser Coast Chambers of Commerce will be included in discussions on the results.
