The Fraser Coast Mayoral Environment Awards recognise and reward members of our community for outstanding achievements in protecting the environment and nominations are now open.
Do you know of a group or individual who volunteers time and resources to look after our environment whether it is cleaning up the beaches and bushland or helping to protect our wildlife?
If so, nominate them for an award.
You can also help by promoting these awards through organisations in which you are involved. Spread the word!
Nominations have been extended to Friday 13 May.
The awards will be presented in association with World Environment Day on 5 June.
