Lamington Bridge to re-open
A Council work crew will be ready to start putting the rails back on the Lamington Bridge from 9am on Friday morning.
Council will wait until the morning rush has passed to start work to minimise disruption to traffic.
The bridge will be closed while the work is undertaken.
It is hoped that the work will be finished by 3pm in time for the after school rush.
But, just in case there is a delay, parents who use the Lamington Bridge, should allow extra time to get to schools in the afternoon in case the bridge work has not finished.
Council appreciates residents understanding as the project is completed.
