Hervey Bay company Metcalfe Constructions has been awarded the tender for the $400,000 Tiaro Medical Centre.

The project will transform the former Tiaro Shire Council administration building to include a reception area, a doctor’s office, three consultation rooms and a pharmacy dispensary area.

Work is expected to start in late July and should be completed by the end of September.
