Pay your rates bill online
Pay your rates, water bill or animal registration with Mastercard or Visa.
Your POST Billpay code and reference number can be found on the front of your notice.
Please note from 1 October 2011, a 1% processing fee will apply to all Mastercard or Visa payments. Amex is no longer accepted.
Options to pay your rates
5% discount
You can receive a 5% discount (in total) if half the total amount is paid by 16 September 2011 and the remainder by 15 March 2012.
Installment options
Ratepayers can pay their rates in four installments but are not eligible for a discount. No penalty interest will be incurred.
Due dates for these payments are:
- 22 September 2011;
- 15 December 2011;
- 15 March 2012; and
- 15 June 2012.
Water and sewerage notices
The water and sewerage charges normally added to your annual rates notice will be issued separately in November, March and June.
