Council invites you to compliment individual staff when the service provided exceeds expectations by nominating that individual staff member for a Customer Service Award. The awards provide positive recognition of staff and highlights effective service standards that can be used as a model across the organisation.

Service Excellence Award - An individual or team of employees who displays excellence in internal or external Customer Service showing regard for Council's principles: honesty, accountability, teamwork, respect and communication.

Service Champion Award - An individual or team of employees who provides outstanding service with regard to timeframes, quality of information supplied, the achievement of a win-win situation, service standard and Council's principles: honesty, accountability, teamwork, respect and communication.

Service Innovation Award - An individual or team of emloyees who demonstrates innovation by improving service delivery, response times and efficiency and implements their ideas within their role or section.
 

High Achiever Award - An individual employee who demonstrates outstanding performance in their role by successfully excelling in their duties and showing commitment to organisational goals.
 

Good Samaritan Award - An employee who shows compassion, displaying unselfishly that they helped or attended to another Council employee or member of the public, without direction or expectation within their appointed role.
