- Health licences
A 1% surcharge applies to transactions $5,000 and over. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.

Annual rates notices and water & sewerage notices
- Phone 1300 361 496 to pay with credit card. A 1% surcharge applies to transactions $5,000 and over. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.
- Make regular Direct Debit deductions from your nominated savings or cheque account by either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments - see Downloads below for related form.
- Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment from your cheque or savings account. The BPAY Biller code and reference number is located on your notice.
Animal notices or health licences
- Phone 1300 361 496 to pay with credit card. A 1% surcharge applies to transactions $5,000 and over. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.
- Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment from your cheque or savings account. The BPAY Biller code and reference number is located on your notice.
For other payments
- Visit Council's Customer Service Centres during office hours. Payments accepted include cash, cheques, money order, credit & debit cards. A 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions $5,000 and over. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.
- Post your cheque or money orders to: Fraser Coast Regional Council, PO Box 1943, Hervey Bay, Qld, 4655 (include your account details or a copy of your account).
