If you have an issue with a Council project or service, or you are concerned about something Council is doing, please email enquiry@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, log your request via SnapSendSolve.

Complaints about decisions or actions:

If you have been directly affected because of an administrative decision or action of Council, you can request a review of the decision or action. To request a review of a matter please use the Complaints Form
