Yoga for Women 55+
Take a break and soothe your body and mind with a yoga session.
Your qualified teacher is from The Hervey Bay School of Yoga (which teaches Hatha Yoga in the tradition of BKS Iyengar).
This style of yoga upholds the belief that yoga is for everybody, and its practical applications are well-suited for aging bodies as it uses props to allow students to access and safely align themselves into the postures.
Where: Urangan Community Wellness Centre, Elizabeth Street, Urangan
When: Tuesdays from 12.30pm-1.30pm
Maxiumum of 25 people.
A large beach towel to pillow your head, water bottle and blanket/covering.
If possible please bring a yoga block and strap.
