Register of Contracts

Under the Local Government Regulation 2012, Chapter 6, Part 4, Section 237, Council is required, as soon as practicable after entering a contract worth $200,000 or more (exclusive of GST) to publish relevant details of the contract.

Relevant details include: the person with whom Council has entered into the contract, the value of the contract, and the purpose of the contract.
