Notice of Special Meeting No. 2/25

A Special Meeting will be held at 10am on WEDNESDAY, 11 JUNE 2025 at the Fraser Coast Regional Council Chambers, Hervey Bay Council Chambers, 77 Tavistock Street, Hervey Bay to conduct the following business:

  1. Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution and Infrastructure Charges Incentives
  2. Adoption of 2025/26 Operational Plan
  3. Adoption of 2025/26 Budget Policies
  4. Adoption of 2025/26 Fees and Charges
  5. Adoption of 2025/26 Budget

Pursuant to section 254D (3) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the reports relating to items 3 – 5 contain information that is confidential to Council as it relates to the adoption of Council’s 2025/26 budget.

The documents will be made publicly available after Council has resolved to adopt its budget.
