You can pay your rates notices, animal registration renewals and health licences online. All other Council payments can be made through our Customer Service Centres.

Online bill paying service

Pay Your Rates Bill with Mastercard or Visa

Your POST Billpay code and reference number can be found on the front of your notice.

There is no surcharge for credit card payments.

Rates and charges

  • Phone 1300 361 496 to pay with credit card. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.
  • Make regular Direct Debit deductions from your nominated savings or cheque account by either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments – By completing the Direct Debit - online form
  • Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment from your cheque or savings account. The BPAY Biller code and reference number is located on your notice.

Set up a direct debit

The easiest way to pay your rates – Direct Debit

Direct debit gives you control over how and when you pay your rates.

Choose to make payments weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or on the due date—direct from your nominated bank account.

Applying is quick and simple with our online interactive form. You can also use the same form to update or cancel an existing direct debit arrangement.
