Pre-qualified suppliers and contractors

Council also maintains a number of Panel Arrangements, whereby Suppliers and Contractors may be “Pre-Qualified.” Council may engage these Suppliers and Contractors without the need for seeking quotes within certain parameters defined in section 3 of the Procurement Council Policy.(PDF, 857KB)
