What to Include in Your Application
When submitting a performance solution, your application will be assessed under Part 5 of the Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2019.
You’ll need to provide:
- What performance requirements apply
- How your solution differs from the standard
- The method used to prove compliance
- Evidence, expert judgment, and details of the competent person
- Any relevant codes, standards, technical data, or assessments
- Site and soil evaluations, design flow details, risk assessments, installation plans
- Test results, drawings, and certification documents
