What to Include in Your Application

When submitting a performance solution, your application will be assessed under Part 5 of the Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2019.

You’ll need to provide:

  • What performance requirements apply
  • How your solution differs from the standard
  • The method used to prove compliance
  • Evidence, expert judgment, and details of the competent person
  • Any relevant codes, standards, technical data, or assessments
  • Site and soil evaluations, design flow details, risk assessments, installation plans
  • Test results, drawings, and certification documents
