50 Meter Pool

Indoor pool access update

From Monday 8 June 2026, public access to the indoor Learn to Swim pool at Maryborough Aquatic Centre will be unavailable during scheduled Learn to Swim and school swimming sessions.

The indoor pool will remain available to the public outside these times in line with the current pool allocation schedule.

The change helps provide safe and well-supervised environments during Learn to Swim and school swimming programs while supporting Council's child safety obligations.

Please refer to the pool allocation timetable(PDF, 130KB) for public access times or speak with the Aquatic Centre team for assistance.

This change was endorsed by Fraser Coast Regional Council at its meeting on 27 May 2026.

The Maryborough War Memorial and Olympic Swimming Pool complex boasts a 50-metre pool, 25-metre heated pool, indoor pool, children's play area, changing sheds, toilets, kiosk, office and landscaping.
