Booking a Funeral

Step One: Initial Contact

Contact the Cemeteries Coordinator to check availability and confirm a date, time, and site:

Step Two: Submit the Booking

Once confirmed, email the completed Interment Booking Form(PDF, 221KB) to:
cemeteries@frasercoast.qld.gov.au

Step Three: Payment

Please refer to the Cemeteries Fees page for current pricing.

For Burials

Application for Burial(PDF, 810KB) - must also include Form 9 Cause of Death/Coroner's Certificate.
Application for Burial Rights(PDF, 835KB) - this form is required for the purchase of burial rights for new sites where applicable.

For Ashes Interments

Application to Inter Ashes(PDF, 910KB) - must also include Form 9 Cause of Death/Coroner’s Certificate/Cremation Certificate.
Application for Burial Rights(PDF, 835KB) - this form is required for the purchase of burial rights for new sites where applicable.
