Accidental Counsellor Skills
Accidental Counsellor Skills (ACS) is a one-day experiential learning program which provides you with practical skills to manage challenging conversations. These conversations may arise at any time in the most unexpected way. Be prepared by learning how to best give support and guidance to this exchange by making it a purposeful conversation.
Fraser Coast Regional Council has partnered with Bellbird Training and Consultancy to deliver these workshops as part of our goal to help build a community that recovers better, faster and stronger by empowering everyday people with the skills to support one another during times of crisis.
