In a calm, cozy setting, you’ll connect with other professionals and explore how to create a workplace culture where people feel connected, supported and comfortable looking out for one another.

What you’ll learn

Through interactive activities and realistic workplace scenarios, participants learn to recognise when a colleague may be struggling and how to start a meaningful conversation using the four steps: Ask, Listen, Encourage Action and Check In.
