Part 4 - Local Government Infrastructure Plan

Part 4 includes the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) which identifies council's plans for trunk infrastructure that is necessary to service urban development at the desired standard of service in a coordinated, efficient and financially sustainable manner. The LGIP includes planning assumptions (for population and employment), priority infrastructure area, desired standards of service and plans for trunk infrastructure.
