Requesting services from Council 

All Fraser Coast residents and visitors are encouraged to report issues with trees, pavement problems, graffiti, dumped rubbish, waste services, water faults or any areas of concern.

Request a service or report an issue

Use our Customer Request Portal to:

  • Report a problem or maintenance issue
  • Make a complaint or enquiry
  • Request a Council service

Just start typing the issue or request type - whether it’s a water leak, barking dog, bin service or park maintenance - and the system will guide you to the right form.

Your request will go straight to the relevant Council team based on the issue and location you provide. You’ll receive a reference number so you can track its progress.
