Advice - Severe Weather - Monitor Conditions

River levels remain elevated following recent rainfall across the Mary River catchment.

The Mary River at Maryborough is above the minor flood level of 5 metres and may reach around 6 metres tonight.

Some roads across the region remain affected by flooding.

Residents are encouraged to:

  • Monitor local conditions
  • Check road closures before travelling
  • Never drive through floodwater
