Fraser Coast Tourism & Events advises that, due to the unfolding weather conditions impacting our region and following consideration of the suitability of the event site, Get Ready Maryborough - Food n Groove Fridays, scheduled for Friday, 30 October 2026, has been postponed until further notice.
The safety and wellbeing of our community, visitors, event participants, staff and suppliers remains our highest priority. While we understand many people were looking forward to Friday’s event, the decision to postpone has been made with the best interests of everyone involved.
We recognise the disappointment this may cause and sincerely thank our community, local businesses, event partners, suppliers and visitors for their patience, understanding and support.
We encourage everyone across the Fraser Coast to continue to follow relevant advice from authorities and take care during the unfolding weather conditions.
