In accordance with section 175 of the Local Government Act 2009, Councillors are advised that the Post-Election Meeting will be held at 1:00pm on MONDAY, 8 APRIL 2024 at the Maryborough City Hall, Kent Street, Maryborough, to conduct the following business:

  1. Confirmation of Declaration of Office
  2. Appointment of Deputy Mayor
  3. Appointment of Day and Time for holding of Ordinary Council Meetings
  4. Councillor Remuneration – Pay as you go (PAYG) and Superannuation Contribution Resolution
  5. Nomination for Election of the Local Government Association of Queensland Policy Executive District Representative 2024 – 2028
