Notice of Special Meeting No.2-21

A Special Meeting will be held at 10.00am on WEDNESDAY, 14 April 2021 at the Hervey Bay Council Chambers, Tavistock Street, Hervey Bay to conduct the following business:

  • Works for Queensland – Determination of Projects to Submit
  • Hinkler Regional Deal – Pialba City Centre Master Plan Principles*

*In accordance with section 254J(3) (g) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 it will be necessary to close the meeting to consider the report titled ‘Hinkler Regional Deal – Pialba City Centre Master Plan Principles’ as it refers to possible future negotiations relating to commercial matters involving the local government for which a public discussion would be likely to prejudice the interests of the local government
