2026 Australia Day Celebrations - Poona

Join the Poona community for a fantastic day of fun, music, and Aussie spirit by the sea.

Highlights include:

• Community cricket match;
• Indoor bowls;
• Thong throwing;
• Tennis with prizes awarded;
• Darts;
• Card games; and
• Children's Activities including Face Painting, Australian Animals Colouring-In Books, and Tiny Tots Fishing Game.

Plus plenty of food all day!

• Morning tea from 10am - including lamingtons, damper bread and billy tea.
• Aussie BBQ from 1pm.
