Hervey Bay Airport Café

Start your journey with a barista-made coffee and a warm welcome. The Airport Café offers a range of ready-to-go options including fresh sandwiches, focaccias, fruit salads, hand-baked biscuits and pastries - perfect whether you're on the move or have time to relax.

From 10am daily, the café's licensed bar opens, serving a curated selection of premium and boutique beers, wines, and spirits.

Wheelchair Assistance

Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance should make arrangements with their airline or travel agent in advance. Wheelchairs can be provided to assist travellers from their vehicle to the terminal.

ATM

ATM facilities are currently not available at Hervey Bay Airport. We recommend organising cash needs before arriving.

Baggage Trolleys

Complimentary baggage trolleys are available for passenger use and can be found in both the arrivals and departures foyers.

Unattended Items

Please keep your belongings with you at all times. For safety and security, any unattended item will be treated as suspicious and reported to airport security.

Stay connected with free Wi-Fi available throughout the terminal.

Baggage Storage

Baggage storage services are currently unavailable at the Airport.

Lost Property

For items lost within the terminal, please contact Hervey Bay Airport on 0419 671 405.
For items lost on an aircraft or missing baggage, please contact your airline directly.

Baby Change Facilities

Baby change facilities, including change tables and nappy bins, are located in:

  • The Ladies Toilet in the main terminal
  • The Accessible Toilet in the Departure Lounge

Smoking area

In accordance with Queensland Government legislation, smoking (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the terminal and within five metres of any entrance.

A designated smoking area with ashtrays is provided in the centre of the concourse.

Travelling with animals

Pet travel must be arranged through your airline’s freight service.

Please note that pets are not permitted inside the terminal.
