Passenger Drop Off and Pick Up: 

A designated set-down and pick-up zone is located via the second exit at the roundabout, looping around the concourse to clearly marked stopping bays.

• 2-minute limit applies
• Drivers must remain with their vehicle at all times
• Vehicles left unattended or overstaying may receive an infringement notice

For longer stays, please use the main car park (first 30 minutes are free).

Accessible/Disability Parking 

Short-term accessible bays are located within the concourse near the terminal entrance. These are for active pick-up and drop-off only. Drivers must remain with the vehicle.

Longer stay accessible parking is available in the main car park, with bays located in the first row closest to the terminal.

Main Car Park 

The main car park is the most convenient option for pick-up, drop-off, and longer stays:

• First 30 minutes are free
• Easy access to the terminal
• No time limits for longer stays

How It Works:

Fraser Coast Regional Council uses a number plate recognition system for seamless entry and exit.

• When ready to leave, enter your plate at one of the two pay stations in front of the terminal and make payment.
• You’ll have 10 minutes to exit after paying.
• Alternatively, drive straight to the exit - your plate will be read, and the amount to pay will be displayed at the boom gate.

Note: Only one pay station accepts cash payments. Cash cannot be used at the exit.

Secure Car Park 

A secure car park with 28 spaces (including accessible bays) is located adjacent to the rental car pick-up area at the arrivals end of the terminal.

• Access-controlled and monitored with surveillance
• Lockdown in effect outside terminal operating hours
• No time limits
• No bookings required
