Animals – Microchipping

This form is to notify Council that your animal is microchipped. One entry per animal is required.

If you are registering your animal for the first time you will need to complete and submit the New Animal Registration Form. Click here to access the form.

NOTE: You must answer all mandatory questions for this to be a valid submission, incomplete sections will not be accepted.

You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.
