Freedom Park

This park really is freedom by name… and by nature. Freedom Park is home to the Cenotaph and honour board featuring the names of servicemen and women that originated from the Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast region. Construction of a new ANZAC Memorial is also underway. In addition to its rich history the park is home to beautiful fig trees and includes public toilets, public seating and water taps. Visitors also have access to a choice of parking areas off Main Street and Charles Street, Pialba.
