WaterOne is a purpose-built, NATA-accredited laboratory based in Hervey Bay, providing a broad range of analytical testing services for water, wastewater, and environmental samples. As one of Queensland’s only regionally located NATA-accredited water laboratories, we deliver accurate, high-quality results to support councils, developers, farmers, tourism operators, food producers, and the general public.

Our Testing Services

WaterOne provides comprehensive testing services across a wide range of applications - including domestic drinking water, wastewater treatment systems, recreational waters, food processing operations, and environmental monitoring.

Our team is NATA-accredited for both testing and the sampling and collection of various water sources, including bores, irrigation, stock, sewage, potable, tank, town, surface, and stormwater. We offer chemical, microbiological, nutrient, and metals analysis to support safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection.

Our technicians are also equipped with specialised field-testing instruments, enabling accurate onsite assessments and reliable, compliant sample collection.
