ADOPTION FEES
The adoption fee is payable on the day of adoption.
Please note that there are no payment plans available and no holds on animals as we aim to rehome them as soon as possible.
The Fraser Coast Adoption Centre is always looking for enthusiastic people to volunteer and assist in caring for the animals housed at the facility.
All volunteers are required to be over the age of 18 and have a reasonable level of fitness to assist with dog walking.
You will be required to wear appropriate covered footwear, shirts with long sleeves, and a hat at all times and you will be under the direction of the Senior Facility Attendant and/or Pound Officers whilst carrying out your duties.
To join the volunteer team you will need to fill in an application form, available from the centre.
If we have an opening for volunteers, you will be contacted to arrange an induction appointment.
