The Fraser Coast has two botanic gardens - one among the oldest in Australia, while the other grows out of 6,000 year old sand dunes and over 100 other parks, gardens, playgrounds and recreational areas.

Council has a range of parks available for hire. Prior to booking, we recommend you view the available parks in the Fraser Coast park finder.

Commercial activities or regulated events

To conduct a commerical activity or regulated event (PDF, 597kB)in Council's parks or reserves approval is required by submitting an application for operation of an event or activity (PDF, 137kB).  

Council has provided a guide (PDF, 397kB) to the requirements that need to be considered when planning toilet facilities for your event.
