Discover and explore parks and gardens on the Fraser Coast

The Fraser Coast has two botanic gardens - one among the oldest in Australia, while the other grows out of 6,000 year old sand dunes and over 100 other parks, gardens, playgrounds and recreational areas.

Council has a range of parks available for hire. Prior to booking, Council recommends you view the available parks and note their facilities.

Bookings are not required for parties in parks unless there is a jumping castle or it is for a wedding.

To make a booking for an event please contact council on 1300 79 49 29 to ensure no other bookings have been made.

Council will be adopting a new booking system allowing you the customer to search online for parks and their availability for that special occasion or event you wish to hold in the Fraser Coast Regional Council area.  The new booking system will also allow you to pay for your bookings online.

Council is excited to be able to provide this service to you in the near future.
