Full road closure - local traffic only
Following the completion of the flank sealing works in Alfred Street, works will then commence in Tooley Street followed by Hawthone Street. Each of these areas will operate with a full road closure with local traffic only arrangement in place.

Between Christensen Street and Chapel Road / Maggs Hill Road will be inaccessible to motorists. Detours will be put in place encouraging the use of Christensen Street → Madsen Road → Chapel Road as an alternate route. This stage of works will take approximately 5 weeks to complete. The remaining works will be completed with a single traffic lane allowing two-way traffic under control of temporary traffic signals.
