Assistance and advice

Council provides a variety of ways to seek assistance and advice on building or plumbing matters. These include:

  • Online tools and information sheets; or, 
  • Talking to an officer by phone or person. 

Digital correspondence

To ensure the timely and efficient delivery of approvals and information, the Building and Plumbing Services team electronically deliver correspondence by email, rather than by post.  

To assist us with providing this service to you, we ask that you:

  • Provide electronic plans, where possible (eg. PDF) instead of in hard copy format; and,
  • Provide a current email address when submitting an application or request.
