You can now receive your Rates and Charges and Animal notices electronically via email.

To receive your future Rates and Charges and Animal notices by email, please submit a request with your details to enquiry@frasercoast.qld.gov.au

By agreeing to this service you will be sent electronic notices for all properties where you are a designated ratepayer and/or where you are the nominated animal owner of a registered animal.

FAQ

Will I receive a separate email from Council for each individual property where I am the ratepayer?

Ratepayers with multiple properties receive one email per property.

Will I receive a separate email from Council for each animal where I am the animal owner?

Animal owners with multiple animals will receive one email per animal with the individual animal's notice attached. 

If a property is owned by multiple people, can the owners receive the notice via email and post?  

No.  Either all multiple owners will continue to receive their notices by post, or they will all receive their notices by email.

If a property is owned by multiple people, and each person has a separate email address, and each person replies via this ‘email drive’, who gets the emailed notice?  

All property owners will be emailed a copy of the notice.

Does the email address have to be the ratepayer's personal email - can it be a business email or belong to another family member?

The email address provided for the ratepayer (whether it be personal or business) will be the one used.
