Compliments go a long way, our staff work hard for the community and don't often get recognised enough.

If you are happy with an outcome or would like to pass on thanks to a staff member or team for a job or project well done, please complete the form below. 

General Complaint

If you have an issue with a Council project or service, or you are concerned about something Council is doing, please email, log your request via SnapSendSolve or forward a completed Official Complaints Form to Council.
