We provide:

To help us deliver plumbing approvals and information quickly and efficiently, our Plumbing Services team sends most correspondence electronically via email.

To make the process easier for everyone, we kindly ask that you:

  • Submit electronic plans wherever possible (e.g. PDF format)
  • Include a current email address when lodging an application or request
