Neuro-Resilience: Cognitive Tools in Disaster Recovery and Times of Crisis
Presented by internationally recognised doctor and author Dr Helena Popovic, this engaging session will share evidence-based tools to help you:
- Build resilience and reduce stress
- Improve memory, focus and decision-making
- Stay mentally strong before, during and after disasters
The seminar is open to anyone aged 15 and over and will be particularly valuable for first responders, health workers, volunteers and community members wanting to be better prepared.
