eAudiobooks are books that you can listen to on your iPod, smartphone, MP3 players, tablet or computer.
As long as you have access to internet, they can be downloaded anytime, anywhere and then listened to offline.
They also return automatically after the loan period.
Below are a few platforms and their related apps which you can download for free to access a wide variety of content.
You will need your library membership number and password.
You will need to create an account to access available titles. These can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also borrow up to eight titles at a time. To play the books on your computer, you will need a media player of your choice.
Libby, by OverDrive, makes it simple to listen when, where and how you want. Explore the collection through subjects, titles, authors and curated lists or just browse. Download the app and register using your library membership number and PIN. RBdigital has been taken over and the same great titles are now available in Libby.
